Episode description
Our most fundamental rights, the foundation of the rule of law, are memorialized in the Constitution. Our God-given right to free speech, articulated in the First Amendment, is under attack. There are those, including many elected officials, who believe your free speech is subject to their interpretation and approval of what's not "hate speech" or "misinformation." Listen to the words of one of the greatest civil rights leaders and orators in history, as he lashes out against those who would, under color of authority, deprive you of your right guaranteed by the First Amendment.
